Post boxes

Posta was created as a solution to the increase in home deliveries via online shopping. The royal Norwegian post office, Posten Norge launched a competition in 2006 for a new home post box to be sold through their 300+ outlets across Norway.

The new box is 35% larger than the original, and has an inner lockable lid. The metal version, Posta Metall, is made from zinc coated steel, and finished with an industrial strength paint so it will survive even the worst Norwegian weather.

Posta Plast, an ASA plastic version was launched in 2008 to complement the metal version but with a lower price point.
